Ages and Stages

Ages and Stages Developmental Questionnaire is a validated developmental screening tool available for assessing both the child's physical development and their social/emotional development.  It is available to all families involved in the program.  If they are involved on an ongoing basis, this will be done routinely within the visits.

Ages and Stages may also be available at community child health fairs and upon request.
