Colorado Bright Beginnings

Baby Bear Hugs provides universal parent-to-parent support in 9 counties located in Eastern Colorado.  One of the 5 components of Baby Bear Hugs is Colorado Bright Beginnings.  Bright Beginnings includes 2 types of contacts with the families, the Warm Welcome visit and the Moving On visit.

The Mission of Bright Beginnings:
To provide a bright beginning for all Colorado children by helping families support their children’s physical, emotional, and intellectual development during the critical first three years of life

What Bright Beginnings offers:
During the first few years of life, babies will grow and develop more dramatically than at any other time. Meeting children’s needs for nurturing, intellectual stimulation, health care and language development is critical to building a strong foundation that will allow children to succeed in school and throughout life.
