Ages & Stages, (ASQ) is "the best developmental and social-emotional screening for children from one month to 5 ½ years. Highly reliable and valid, ASQ looks at strengths and trouble spots, educates parents about developmental milestones, and incorporates parents’ expert knowledge about their children." Bright by Three "Program A, B & C" annual visits for the first three years. Bright by Three programs are free for all Colorado parents and are available in both English and Spanish. Parents are given a bag of valuable books and materials that help educate and support them as parents. Our programs are focused on the parents and their needs by creating an interactive visit experience. Visitors personalize the discussion and provide parents with resources and tools that support their individualized parenting questions and concerns." Healthy Living, is a program all visitors are trained in using the award winning curriculum "Eating Smart/Being Active" to aid families in creating lifelong positive changes.
Home Visitation, is offered to families on an ongoing basis who would like continued support in the comfort of their own home. Visitors are trained in using the evidence based, Touchpoints Approach, "supporting families and promoting healthy development".
Northeast Nurse Family Partnership, is a home visitor program where registered nurses provide intensive prenatal, maternal and child health education and support during on going home visits. Nurses also provide information on child development, parenting skills and are certified in lactation counseling.
Nurturing Parenting, is an evidence based (recognized by National Registry of Evidenced-based Programs and Practices) curriculum provided by trained visitors; "designed to offer long term, more comprehensive parenting education.
