We offer developmental screenings as a supplemental to all of our programs. Screenings are available to families with children under 3 years of age.

• Ages and Stages Developmental Questionnaires pinpoints developmental progress in children between the ages of one month to 5 ½ years. 

• Ages and Stages Social-Emotional Questionnaires focuses solely on social and emotional development in young children, identifying possible behavioral concerns and ideas to support emotional development in your child.

The Ages and Stages Developmental Questionnaire is a validated developmental screening tool available for assessing both the child's physical development and their social and emotional development. It is available to all families involved in the program. If they are involved on an ongoing basis, this will be done routinely within the visits.

Ages and Stages may also be available at community child health fairs and upon request.
